Here is how I think the first round of the draft is gonna pan out. Some of these are no brainers and some of them I am out on a limb but it is fun to say what you think now so if/when I am right I can say I told ya so ;D
Oakland Raiders-JaMarcus Russell, QB, LSU
Tampa Bay Buccaneers-Calvin Johnson, WR, Georgia Tech
Cleveland Browns-Brady Quinn, QB, Notre Dame
Detroit Lions-Gaines Adams, DE, Clemson
Arizona Cardinals-Joe Thomas, T, Wisconsin
Green Bay Packers-Adrian Peterson, RB, Oklahoma
Minnesota Vikings-LaRon Landry, S, LSU
Atlanta Falcons-Jamaal Anderson, DE, Arkansas
Miami Dolphins-Levi Brown, T, Penn State
Houston Texans-Leon Hall, CB, Michigan
San Francisco 49ers-Alan Branch, DT/NG, Michigan
Buffalo Bills-Patrick Willis, ILB, Mississippi
St. Louis Rams-Adam Carriker, DE, Nebraska
Carolina Panthers-d Ginn Jr., WR, Ohio State
Pittsburgh Steelers -Darrelle Revis, CB, Pittsburgh
Washington Redskins-Amobi Okoye, DT, Louisville
Jacksonville Jaguars-Reggie Nelson, S, Florida
Cincinnati Bengals-Jarvis Moss, DE, Florida
Tennessee Titans-Robert Meachem, WR, Tennessee
New York Giants-Jon Beason, LB, Miami
Denver Broncos-Joe Staley, OT, Central Michigan
Dallas Cowboys-Justin Harrell, DT, Tennessee
Kansas City Chiefs-Dwayne Bowe, WR, LSU
New England Patriots-Aaron Ross, CB, Texas
N.Y. Jets-Greg Olsen, TE, Miami
Philadelphia Eagles-Lawrence Timmons, LB, Florida State
New Orleans Saints-Chris Houston, CB, Arkansas
New England Patriots-Brandon Meriweather, FS, Miami
Baltimore Ravens-Ben Grubbs, OG, Auburn
San Diego Chargers-Dwayne Bowe, WR, LSU
Chicago Bears-Justin Harrell, DT, Tennessee
Indianapolis Colts-Dwayne Jarrett, WR, USC
Now these picks are not what I am hoping for but what I think May happen. I would like the Skins to take Gaines Adams with the sixth pick, but gettin more pick in the first day by dropping down and still gettin a good player is cool with me too.
Hail to the REDSKINS

Green Bay never trades for us.
The way I predict.
Dante Culpepper will end up in Oakland, and then they will draft CJ with #1 and then the Raiders will trade Rany Moss to Green Bay for their #1 pick, giving the Raiders, Green Bays pick.
I say we either pick up Landry, and if he isnt there, I think we end up tradeing if the deal is right, or take the best available player, even if Brady Quinn is there.
I say he goes to the Browns, the coach there knows Notre Dames Coach (weiss/Crennell).

Well I think that GB needs a RB really bad so if AP is still on the board when we pick I think GB will trade with us.
As for Oakland I don't think they are gonna trade with anyone. They sucked last year but that is because they could not score points. They need o-line and a QB.
No way we take Quinn, we would def trade that pick to someone who wants him. I agree he is gonna go to Cleveland.
Like I said I want Gaines Adams with the sixth pick, but if we can get a good DE or DT and get another pick on day one then that is what we need to do.
Rest a sure some how the Lions will fuck up the draft for them selves.
PS: I like the rumor that we give the sixth pick to NE for both the 24th and 28th picks.

Prez, statistcally, the Raiders had the worst offense and top 5 defense.
Look for that trade.

I think you are making my point for me. If you are one of the worst offenses and you have Randy Moss and Jerry Porter at WR and Lamont Jordan at RB, then the only things you need is a QB and an O-line. Only one really good O-line men and they are not gonna take him #1 so they will take a QB for sure! And with the other picks get some help at O-line. They got that O-linemen I think his name is Gallery?!?!? He was supposed to be a stud, I recall the skins wanting to get him...glad we did not!!!
Now I hear that if Quinn is on the board at 6 we would trade with Miami?!?!? Thats cool and all but he is not gonna still be on the board. But AP will be and there are a few teams that need a RB.

Even though we lost that game we destroyed Raider fans...verbally and physically. Well to be honest that one Raider fan took some punches and was still trying to fight the Coach and I. We would have won the fight but he was not going down easy. Good think for all of us the State Troopers showed up ;D
We own Raider and Cincinnati fans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Id love to go. But in my profession, Saturdays are key, and this being the last Saturday of the month, there is no way I can get off.
The DTC has repped on Draft Day before, some members go every year they have held it. Just doesnt get the promotion and draw that a regular season game gets.
Ill be setting up a Draft Day war room here at work however, and ill be there in spirit!

I will have to agree with the Mayor here. Either we pick Landry with the 6th, or trade down and get more picks. I know Calvin Johnson would be a great player for the Skins to pick up, but if we trade up to get him, we would have a give up a TON of draft picks for him, and if we do that, I will not be a happy man.

I just really think that we need help on the D-line not safety and we got a lot of DBs now adn we have to be able to stop the run this year and put some heat on the opposing QBs.

I see in today Washington post that the Briggs talks have started again!
Do we really need an other LB? We would have a hell of a LB core, but what about Rocky. The article says that we won't put him in the trade, but yet why would we need 5 LBs? Thought Holdman sucks!

I agree we need D-Line help, but I think we could pick up a DT in the 5th round (our next pick after our first rounder), so that is why I think Landry would be the better pick, for Gregg Williams defense works very well when he has healthy, fast DB's to help with blitzing packages.
