This is the place where DTC members (and potential members who have been to our tailgate before) can post their thoughts on what could make the 2005 tailgate the best it can possibly be.
We are already working on a few big things for next season, but suggestions are always helpful, as it gives us a better idea of what people want in a tailgate.

just a small suggestion. we should have a centralized source of music. rotating cars doesn't work very well and we should have an outside source of music anyway. we would also need to run power for the stereo. maybe we should invest in a gasoline generator. it could run many electric devices that we may be missing. we could hide it up on the hill so it not too loud. just a thought.

Coach, I don't know about a generator. That would cost alot of money.
How about someone bring a "boom" box that runs on batterys to play music?
Unless you want to run some lights, I don't think we need a gen.

Brian, I think a generator is definitely in our future, especially as we expand and will need our music and whatnot to reach more people.
It also crossed my mind that we get Nick to DJ at the tailgates? I know this is far fetched, and I know nothing about the logistics of setting up his equipment, but I assume it would require a generator.
I was also thinking about throwing a concert for my album release to open the season, which would also require a generator.

ok a brand new generator at home depot is $2,000. we might need to look into renting one on the eight sundays. or look into a used one. or maybe someone knows someone that has one and we can borrow it every sunday. as for nick and having a live dj. great idea but not very realistic. for one if we get the equipment together i'll do the spinning, nick isn't a skins fan at all and we can't allow that now can we. other then that it's on.

I figure he's got all the equipment. . .
I also have a laptop that could use one of the outlets in the generator, I could bring my stereo system in with the laptop, it gets loud enough where we could have some fun, just another idea. I could also get a wireless internet connection card to be able to check the website throughout, and post minute-by-minute updates.

Also I know alot of people have good ideas and they should be runnin them by us here so there are no speed bumps come game one!!!!!!!!!!
